"Dr. Cronin and Dr. Francina have been an absolute god send for us and our unborn child. We are expecting in October and we have had plenty of ups and downs in the last 7+ months. Unfortunately we had a few health scares. Fortunately for us, we had them by our side every step of the way. We now ( knock on wood) have a healthy baby on the way. I don't know where we would be without them. We have arrived to our scheduled appoints early, on time and late, and they have been more than accommodating each and every time. They have been available via phone if we ever have a question or concerns at home. If you are pregnant with your first and you are looking for a doctor, do yourselves a favor and come here. You are going to be dealing with enough stress throughout your pregnancy, Dr. Cronin and Franchina will keep that stress to a minimum. We are very lucky to have them in our lives and we will certainly be using them for every child we have."

"Transferred from my old OBGYN to Dr. Cronin when I became pregnant with my first child. From day one, I was met with kindness, courtesy, and a wealth of information. The receptionists, MAs, and both Dr. Cronin and Dr. Franchina are always friendly and accommodating. I always feel safe and taken care of when I visit this office— whether it be for a follow up appointment or a scan. I receive results for tests in an efficient and timely manner and notes are quickly put into My Chart. If I have a question regarding results or anything post-appointment, I receive a phone call from the doctors promptly with all the information I need. I am extremely beyond satisfied with the professionalism and courtesy of this office and will definitely recommend their services."

"Dr. Cronin is as professional as they come. She always makes me feel comfortable and explains every thing thoroughly so that I can understand all my options. Dr. Cronin always goes above and beyond and does everything with a smile on her face. I never dread my OBGYN appointments anymore because I feel right at home and know that I am in great hands. Every appointment I am greeted by the respectful staff at the front and never have to wait more than 10 minutes. This is a clean and respectable practice that I fully recommend."

"This practice is beyond horrible! I had an emergency sick appt and bought my baby with me bc I’m a breastfeeding mom to a five month old. My baby used the bathroom and as a patient I asked the receptionist to use the bathroom to change my daughter. She was rude and very nasty to me told me I was not allowed to use the restroom as a new mom this is very disturbing bc it is in fact an obgyn where they advocate for pregnant women. She told me that I was not allowed to change my baby at the office. Told me to leave and go to a different practice bc they won’t accommodate me. They were beyond rude. They were of no help to me and my baby how can we live in a world where women don’t help women and moms don’t help moms. This made me very frustrated and because I had to go find somewhere I can change my baby I couldn’t make my appt to which they said bc I was 10 mins late it was a problem drs offices usually have a ten to fifteen min grace period. I have contacted both the office and dr to let them know how terrible this is and got no response I will continue to contact them until I get a response bc this is just disgusting no accommodations to both breastfeeding mom and changing a baby! Disgusted beyond belief I expect this typical behavior from males but not women and especially not and obgyn practice in 2023!"

"I can’t rave enough about Dr. Cronin. She helped me with my Bartholin cysts! No more pain, no more discomfort. She had performed a malsupization of both cysts and i cannot be happier with the results. She is so compassionate and made me feel super comfortable when it came time to do the surgery. She was there every step of the way and also worked with my insurance! I won’t ever have to worry about this problem ever again ALL THANKS TO DR. CRONIN!!! She is now my regular gyno! Highly recommended. 10/10 BEST GYNO EVER!!"
