"Not sure why all the negative reviews. Front desk staff, scheduling , nurses are all amazingly kind and helpful. I have never waited more than an hour but on average it’s about 30 minutes for any doctor. I waited much longer in a former practice. Dr. Klein’s practice delivered my son in 2020 and I am currently 23 weeks pregnant with my second and still have no complaints. Dr. Klein is super knowledgeable and super kind. He gave me hope when I had lost all hope. There’s only one doctor in the practice I don’t fancy. Overall, 5/5 for everyone who works here."

"Went to Dr. Klein almost 14 years ago after another local DR wanted to terminate what he felt was non viable. Thankfully I didn’t listen to the other doctor and delivered a healthy girl who will be 14 in October. Dr Klein always took the time to listen to my questions and concerns as well as to make sure I understood any and all testing. Would highly recommend waiting for him even thought the waits at times can be a little long"

"I felt that Dr. Klein truly saved my pregnancy. I was having multiple complications during my 1st and 2nd trimesters and decided I needed to find the best doctor possible after having negative experiences at my previous OBGYN. After doing research and asking friends in the medical field, I was referred to Dr. Victor Klein. He really took matters into his hands and monitored my pregnancy closely. His staff and colleagues are the most professional and knowledgeable group of medical experts I have been to. During my scheduled c section, Dr. Klein, Dr. Palleschi (my anesthesiologist), along with the nurses and residents, really went above and beyond to ensure I had a calm and safe delivery. My baby girl was perfect and I had the best recovery possible. Dr. Klein did such a fantastic job I can’t even see my scar (where a keloid formed from my sons delivery 3 years prior). I hardly had any pain this time and I owe it all to Dr. Klein. He is truly the most talented, brilliant doctor and is top in the country, and possibly the world. I cannot stress how important it is to go with your gut when it comes to advocating for yourself! I’m so glad I found this practice and am very grateful that I switched."

"I have been waiting over an hour for my appointment. The excuse is everyone waits for Dr. Klein. Totally unacceptable and totally unprofessional. I asked for them to contact me once they are ready the response was if I leave the office I’ll lose my appointment. My last pregnancy I was 7 minutes late to my appt and Dr. Klein left the office and I had to reschedule. Being a dentist myself I find it very unprofessional that a patients time is not respected . What is worse the receptionist is rude and unapologetic. I really do like some of the other doctors here but the service has to change."

"I am extremely disappointed. I am pregnant and wanted to make an appointment to see Dr V. Klein. I was on the phone for a half hour talking to the receptionist, Nakiva. We finally get to the insurance information in which i gave her my insurance name and she notifies me that the Dr does not accept my insurance; even though it clearly states on his Northwell Health website that he DOES accept my insurance (UnitedHealthcare community plan). PLEASE UPDATE so you do not continue to waste people's time! very disappointed."
