"I wish I could give this facility NEGATIVE stars. The women at the front desk are rude, the nurses are rude, the doctors are rude. I switched doctors at 30 weeks pregnant and traveled an hour and half every two weeks to my beloved doctor all the way in CT (where I am originally from) because I could not take the rude attitude I always received when I would visit the office. They also have no idea how to bill you correctly and they are trying to say I owe more to their practice than I do. I have received bills from them I have already paid, not to mention my insurance has covered. I paid this facility everything I owed them and now they are coming at me again, threatening to send me to collections, with bills from April that I was never even aware of. (They just sent me these bills now in October) This is a terrible practice and I do not recommend any of the doctors at all. The Doctors were always rude to my husband, never looked at him in the eye when speaking to him, and were only ever in the room with us for 3 mins tops. When explaining my new excruciating sciatica issues to the nurse she simply told me "we don't do anything for your sciatica here and if you're trying to get out of work because of it we can't do anything for you." (I was only explaining my issues and definitely NOT trying to get out of work) SO incredibly rude. I'm just so glad I left and had the chance to have a wonderful birthing experience back in CT where my daughter and I were treated with respect and care."

"I am incredibly unsatisified with this practice. The women who work the front desk are extremely rude, most of the nurses are also rude and non informative. It takes more than 20 mins to get on the phone with anyone. It is impossible to get anyone on the phone to pay a bill so they immediately send you to collections. I’m 30 weeks and was experiencing cramping and no fetal movement and it took me 35 mins to get on the phone with a nurse. I was referred here from the hospital and am not from the area and this was the only practice I knew of. I’m actually leaving the practice to go back to my old practice IN ANOTHER STATE because I can’t stand the people at this practice. The only positive is Dr. Gilbert, she is an amazing doctor and surgeon, has great bed side manner and attitude towards her patients and is very informative. However I rarely see her at the practice."

"I went there during my second pregnancy. The first appointment was with the nurse practitioner which was acceptable. I went there for my second visit to find out that they forgot to save my appointment. I wanted to reschedule it, but no availability for the times I asked for and they wanted to schedule me with the nurse practitioner although I wanted to see a doctor this time. I ended up changing my practice."

"Everyone was extremely nice and caring, including Dr. Alkasab...... however, my reasons for coming in seemed to have been ignored and I'm not sure why. I expressed to Dr. Alkasab that I needed my hormone levels checked via bloodwork. I got a call about a week later to tell me my bloods were normal/negative. I asked "what about my hormones?" They didn't know what I was talking about. They called back to confirm that no one requested or noted that I asked for my hormones to be tested..... so I'm not sure why they took my blood! They did run the STD/HIV screen but that was not why I was there. Very frustrating that I now have to come back and get blood drawn a second time, especially because I am fearful of getting blood drawn."
