"If I could give 0 stars I would ! Doctors are rude and dismissive, they didn’t even deliver my baby a random doctor at the hospital that I never met before did , the attitude on one of the male doctors that starts with a B is astronomically disgusting! I wouldn’t let that doctor deliver a fruit cake to someone I dislike on the holidays ."

"I can write a book about how much I dislike this practice. The doctor and nurse practitioner I have seen are very dismissive on concerns. Will not look up from the computer they bury themselves in to look at concerns you have. I have never had such a hard time at a doctors office before."

"Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere… I’ll list some things that have gone wrong from my personal experience 1. They are understaffed. The front desk lady is usually overwhelmed and cranky because the phones are ringing and there is a line of patients in the office she has to tend to all by herself. 2. Which brings me to my second… They never answer the phones. The front desk usually gets back to me within 24 hours but the nurses line? FORGET ABOUT IT. I am now over 2 weeks on waiting for a call back to get very important test results released from them. I left 3 voicemails and called A LOT of times. Still nothing. Ended up having to go through a lengthy process with labcorp to get my results released to me. 3. My first appointment, I waited an hour to get an ultrasound….There were SO many patients in the office at this time. They should probably not take on anymore patients because they certainly can’t handle the amount they have right now. I am a first time mom and my anxiety has been through the roof because of this practice. Really makes me question giving birth with one of their doctors if this is how their practice is run."

"I would go elsewhere if I were you, the secretaries are so rude that it’s been over six months and I’m still thinking about it, they told me I had no insurance (I do, and I’m in the system) In fact my primary care provider is in the Nuvance system so I’m really confused as to how she was so confused. I got on the phone with NY state of health to make sure my coverage didn’t lapse - it didn’t. She was either typing in the numbers wrong or just not typing them in at all. There’s a completely different office behind Starbucks that I go to instead because they’re nice and know what they’re doing."

"The girls in the 200 wastage location all are rude and non personable. The rude white woman with the tattoo behind her ear was unprofessional. The way he she talked I’m surprised she passed medical school and has a job helping people. I sat there for over an hour with no assistance. She Spokw about me very negative to her peers and had 4 females against me when I was not violent or being aggressive."
