"When I called the other day too make an appointment for an ultrasound i accidentally called the wrong one and never realized at first. first of all she was rude and told me she couldn’t take me because I missed an appointment and I have too be a patient there. Gave me an attitude and put me on hold so I hung up. she CALLED BACK TOO MAKE A POINT WITH THE ATTITUDE THAT I CALLED THE WRONG ONE AND TALKED VERY LOW TOO ME AND HUNG UP BEFORE I COULD ANSWER. Reason 1 of why I won’t go back. Number two they messed up and told me I WASNT PREGNANT two months ago when Indeed I was. I made an appointment elsewhere and they confirmed it."

"I switched from the Poughkeepsie Nuvance practice and am much happier. I've seen 3 different providers and have been happy with them all (They actually listen to and answer my questions, what a concept!). Word of advice: They are very busy, so schedule your prenatal appointments way out."

"This is my FIRST pregnancy and my experience has been TERRIBLE! Instead of being excited to attend appointments, I have to literally pull teeth to even get an appointment within a reasonable amount of time. Now it has been almost 2 months since I've had an appointment due to this new system that they are switching over to. It is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS, especially for a first time mother already going through a lot. I have NEVER written a review so for me to take my time to do this says a lot. I do have one positive thing to say..the midwife and nurses are wonderful once you get in to see them. Overall my first pregnancy thanks to this office hasn't been pleasant with caring for my first child. And on top of that, I received a letter that my personal health information was compromised. It's SAD! Please do better for future mothers because this is NOT the way! Hopefully someone reading this can relate to a (first time) mother and wouldn't want to wait months at a time to possibly be seen. I thought the soon to be mother and newborn were supposed to be the top priority? Please put yourself in my shoes!"
