"Rude old smelly improper equipment ceilings in the theaters, falling apart over your head not really sure how it passes building inspections super scary over priced the people who work there (the older ones) talk to you with no respect numerous times have had movies cut out sound or picture or both at once for the longest period probably 15 minutes and they refused to replay what was cut that’s happened for a long time the last time it happened was guardians 3 they want your money they do not care about community at all just take a look and smell inside the facility you’ll see"

"Great cheap place to see a movie. Comfortable seats, good popcorn and soda. But I wish if you are in the middle of a movie and you go to get a refill of popcorn they had a line to get a refill and get back to the movie. Last time I went, I had to stand in line for over 10 minutes to get a refill as many people were in line for popcorn with 2 staff members working together one customer at a time. While one staff member stood waiting at ticket counter"

"I have been going to this movie theater for over 10 years. I LOVE the addition of the recliners in some of the theaters. They are definitely worth the extra dollar! Obviously, this is an older, privately owned theater, so there are some quirks (the sound quality in some of the theaters is questionable, chairs can be a little wonky, the popcorn is sometimes stale), but it's usually a pleasant experience. I like that it's small, and I love that they offer real butter on their popcorn, I just wish it was a little fresher. One of the greatest things about seeing a movie here, is the lack of previews before the movies...when I take my five-year-old to see a movie at a big chain theater, there are usually 5-7 previews before the movie even starts...he can barely sit through them AND the movie, so I really appreciate that Roosevelt only shows 1-2 previews before family films. It definitely makes the difference. :)"

"What a gem of a place. Clean, reasonable and fun. I have not been to this location in a while and it w has great memories for me. I usually go to the New Paltz location but won tickets to see Avatar through Q92.1. We had a blast!"
