"Absolutely love this studio! Out of all the studios on Long Island I feel like they have the most diversity and I’ve frequented all of them numerous times. Never have I seen so many different ethnicities in one room. You will never feel left out here. Regina (the owner) is very professional and welcoming. The studio is clean and the equipment is well maintained. The classes are well structured and they give you progressions and regressions depending on where you’re at. Feel free to come here, be supported, challenged, and uplift others. This studio reminds me of the first studio I called my “pole home” the vibes are so good. Definitely check it out! You won’t regret it! I wish I lived closer that’s the only “con” lol."

"absolutely amazing space for someone completely new to this world! I’ve done a lot of random fitness classes (kickboxing, yoga, spin, etc.) but NONE have made me feel so welcome as a complete newbie as these have. Instructors are all so welcoming, and willing to push you father than you think you can go. Really highly recommend, so fun and such a great environment"

"I really enjoy classes at this studio. I also like that they allow you to purchase class packages (with an instructor) and open pole time to practice moves you’ve learned in class. This is great for people like me who are on a budget. I have taken classes with Deanna and she is great - very knowledgeable and about technique.
