If I wasn’t over an hour away I would be going weekly! That being said if you have the opportunity to even experience a one time event like I did I would highly recommend it."

Deviant Dance Tribe changed this SO FAST! After trying a Chairlesque class with Lisa, I have a renewed love and passion for dance! Not only is the class incredibly fun and empowering, but also a great workout! Lisa pushes you to your full potential and beyond, and is an incredible instructor. I have been taking almost every Chairlesque class since first trying it out last year, and I cannot say enough good things about this incredible class, instructor, and dance tribe. It’s been the best decision I’ve made in Syracuse! Lisa is an amazing dance instructor and truly nurtures the artistic movement in all of us. She’s such a force for our community bringing a unique style of dance and building a tribe where you truly feel connected and at home. I’ve also recently started taking Cardio Dance with Lisa! She brings such a gritty and fun element to hip hop style music and I love it! If you’re local to Syracuse and looking for a fun way to get active or to add to your fitness schedule, join the tribe!! Her dance background really shines through during her classes making them unique from any Zumba class you’ve ever experienced and she’s a great teacher as well!
