The staff is always providing incorrect information and everything takes forever to process. There are barely any doctors who even take this insurance. Good luck if this is the only option for you."

"I have been with Liberty for many years. I find that the insurance itself has taken good care of me. However, it's changing. My number 1 complaint is the staff....they do not know what they are doing, they give the wrong information. I recently had my doctor request authorization for MRI at a Stand up facility, Liberty changed it to Regional Radiology...why I don't know, now trying to get it changed back is a nightmare, they are argumentative with me on the phone. This is just one instance...I have had it, I'm changing insurance."
