"Erin and her team do such a great job of making everyone who comes in feel welcome! The class is 45 minutes long but it really kicks your butt (in the best way)! I’m on my 9th class and I look forward to going in every time. They offer different times of the day from morning to afternoon to evening. If you’re looking for a challenging & fun workout I would definitely try out Lagree!"

"I hadn’t done a workout class in a few years, let alone Pilates or Lagree on a machine but it really is the best workout ever! It’s intense yet addicting, the music is upbeat, instructors are motivating and the moves are easy to grasp. Everyone in the studio is so welcoming and supportive, it’s a great energy! I brought a friend with me the first class and now we both go every week together, I promise you will love it!"
