"Only one complaint. Don't expect to take a hot or warm shower. Water is cool at best. Complained at front desk but weeks later still no change."

"I have been a member for over 4 years. Recently, I returned to Rochester, N.Y. from going to school in Connecticut. I resumed working out in my home gym in Webster not knowing that they cut their hours. One night after a workout, while in the shower - an employee came into the shower area and announced the gym was closed. I was surprised, I told her I did not know the hours had changed and I hurried to rinse off This employee came back in about 5 minutes and threatened to call the police, I told her I had to get dressed. During that time, she was on her phone describing me to the police. When I had dressed and left the locker room there were two police officers waiting at the entrance with this employee telling them "..she has a record." Found out a week later from corporate I was banned from all Planet Fitness gyms. With no warning - in email, nor at the gym that very night - I was treated like a criminal I am disgusted with the conduct of this employee and the owner."

"Been trying to cancel my membership for months and have gotten nowhere. Everytime I cal and ask to speak to a manager nobody provides one and just tells me I have to come in to cancel. I have moved and that isn't a possibility. So now I have to go through my bank and create a dispute and have the charges blocked. All for a subscription I used once"

"Super clean gym and no broken equipment. Staff is all around that place wiping and checking cleaning stations. My only question is…where are the ceiling fans?? At least over the treadmills and ellipticals!"

"Really enjoy going here and that there are very flexible hours. Makes it easy to get in and get in a good workout at any time of day. Always clean, comfortable, and reliable. Also lots of available equipment which is nice. No frills but definitely great if you just want to get a good workout in!"
