They all work so well with the kids and really encourage the young ones (3 & 4yr olds) to get on the mat & try. We love the confidence and discipline that I see Eliana have each month she's with them. We love seeing their kids there as well, it makes us so happy to be supporting a small family business. "Long term review..... been regularly going to Roya jiu jitsu 3 to 6 times a week for almost 2 years. I've been obese, out of shape and not active for the majority of my life. I've tried dieting and exercise it would only work for so long till I stopped or lost motivation. I walked into Royal at 360lbs I started privates with coach Paulo and from there to fundamental classes. After almost 2 years and over 200 fundamental classes I'm now 280lbs and dropping.
