"This gym is very clean, organized and has many machines to exercise. The staff is very friendly and polite. Problems: the sauna and steam have not worked since November, and this whole week the showers did not have hot water, which is unforgivable right now in the winter time."
"Cancelled my membership in December 2022 - received confirmation email. Followed up countless times with Marvin Perez and "Terrence" as the company continued to charge me each month. In total, NYSC ripped me off on $553.76 before they finally cancelled my membership. They stopped returning my calls so I finally gave up on rectifying the situation. I've never felt compelled to write a Google review, but I can only hope that I can "pay it forward" by sparing someone else the same experience."

"UPDATE***7/19/23 Just cancelled my membership. Lack of towels, locker room was dirty, and dry sauna does not work. ********************************************************** I think the location is great, there lots of machines. The negatives- I wish the sauna was cleaner, especially the steam room. The dry sauna BARELY works, it does not get hot. This may be a deal breaker for me, because that was one of main reasons I joined this gym (633 - 41st ave) location."
