Reason for 3** My experience with the payment agreement at this martial arts school has been less than satisfactory. The transparency and clarity promised during enrollment were sorely lacking. Additionally, the school's handling of payment-related inquiries and concerns was inconsistent and often unresponsive. A more straightforward and communicative approach to the financial aspects of enrollment would significantly improve the overall experience I believe."
