"*As a registered nurse, I'd like to say that Noah and Siege Athletics are doing an amazing job following COVID precautions and promoting good hygiene and health. Everyone has been compliant with masks, health screenings and there are more cleaning products and hand sanitizer here than in a hospital unit. There is also some of the best ventilation you will find in a gym with the fans and garage door. Rest assured you can train safely here, be smart and be safe.* I've been a member for 5 years and this is hands down one of the best facilities to train in on Long Island. I've been to all types of commercial gyms and they all pale in comparison to Siege. Whether your goals are related bodybuilding, powerlifting, weightlifting or team sports, Siege has the community and environment to foster your health and performance to its best. There is equipment available to meet everyone's training needs and plenty of turf for conditioning and group training. This includes a new batting cage area with turf that can easily accommodate teams for practice and training whether it is for baseball, lacrosse or soccer. This can be one of the best investments for your health if you are looking for a place to train safely and effectively."

I have worked or been a part of over 30 gyms (since the 1970's) and will say that not one compares. Not the equipment, the facility itself, the owner, the other members.
