"When we started a year ago, we fell in love with this program and so did my son. Just about 2 weeks ago, he joined a different class, which required new gear. Our son sat down during the class for about 10 minutes and we had thought that he sat down the entire time because he hadn't recieved his gear yet. I called Tony's wife to ask her if he should wait to start until he gets his gear. I had to repeat the question a few times because her answer was not clear, due to a language barrier. I spoke to her calmly and with patience. She then informed me that master Tony would give me a call to answer my question. A few minutes later, he called me yelling at me and telling me that I had disrespected them. I was in awe and extremely confused because the call with his wife was a normal call. While trying to explain to him what I had asked his wife, he cut me off and continued to yell. He even THREATNED to kick my son out of the program. Before asking me what happened or what my question was, he jumped to assuming that I was being rude. All I did was ask her ONE question, a few times, to better understand the situation. I thought this class was about teaching children about respect but clearly that is not the case."
