"I have been attending classes here for many years and have had an amazing journey. I enjoy the nuances of aikido to other martial arts. You don't always need to punch and kick to defend yourself"

"My son has been attending classes here for four years. We sought out aikido over other martial arts as he had a heightened sensitivity to noise and could not tolerate the noise level of large martial arts classes. He’s grown in his confidence, focus and abilities with Sensei Giles and Sensei Mark as his instructors, both of whom model focus, respect and clarity. My son loves aikido (particularly the skill building games offered at the end of class). I particularly like that the classes are mixed gender and he can work with and witness girls excelling at the work. Highly recommend!"

"Rishinkan's aikido classes are a real gem! Copp Sensei is a very committed instructor and does a great job helping his students grow. The technique is very effective. I recommend trying the adult program. If you have kids, the youth program is great, too!"
