"Upon arrival I was asked if I would stay or come back later. I replied stay. Almost two hours later my oil change and tire rotation was complete. I was told they were short staffed. Why didn't they tell me that in the beginning! I would have called for a ride home. Upon paying my bill I noticed after I handed over my credit card that there would be an additional 3% charge effective last June. I was never notified...I could have paid cash, check or debit card. I was also informed that my warranty would no longer cover the oil change. I wonder when that ran out. Words to the wise: ask questions and do a lot of homework before going."
