"If you want to get your hair washed and blown, I will admit they are good at that. In regards to coloring, or any other hair treatments, they are horrible. They say they know what it is you want but do not deliver. The kicker is when you are repeatedly telling them this is not what you want, they nod and pretend they do not understand English."
