"Got gifted an Island Package for Christmas. I was very surprised as to how good and well my technician Melissa did the body scrub and massage. She was very professional and she’s the only reason I would ever come back. Her massage was amazing and she scrubbed the crap out of my body. If it wasn’t for her wouldn’t be giving the place any stars. Salt cave wasn’t truly a salt cave in my opinion. Felt like a normal room with salt thrown on the floor lol. Left me in a water bath for a hour, just sat and watched Netflix. Robes and slippers were okay, not the best. And in my package it was promised that I would be served fruit, however there was no serving of any sorts. Didn’t do much explaining and had to keep telling them it was my first time. Dressing room, I was bashing my elbows against the wall when I undressed…. I’m very tiny and athletic built, don’t think a bigger person would be able to change comfortably in there. Very small Highly would recommend Melissa for any massages. However to pay those prices? Not sure I’m coming again. Thought it would be a bit more fancy for the price you pay. Normally gift my sister massages from balance health and wellness. Was basically the same and same vibe for less of the price. One hour for $75. I’ll stick to them."

"The spa was beautiful and relaxing. I went for a facial, and the esthetician was very nice. I have gotten many facials, and unfortunately, I didn't feel like she had much experience and showed in her technique. I'm sure in time she'll be amazing but at a different price bracket than someone with experience."

"Made an appointment for a couple massage in their Salt cave. This was a first time experience and thought it would be unique. Had no problem making an appointment, called early in the week for a weekend spot. Also had special requests that were accommodated. There were some unforeseen scheduling issues which caused a little confusion and caused us to run a little later then expected but in the end the place was nice and cozy, the masseurs were very good, the Salt cave was very relaxing, and although not knowing what to expect, we were very comfortable with the experience. To our surprise, after our session, the owners offered a complimentary couples session for one of their other Salt cave therapies because of the scheduling delay. Very nice gesture on their behalf and we appreciated the offer. Would definitely recommend and will visit again."
