She was warm, welcoming and pleasant.She was very knowledgeable about how best to care for my nails. "Upon entrance very beautiful lobby, The staff and owner were very nice and professional. Services rendered and rooms great. However my sister booked a 1 pm appointment and I was not seen until 3:30 I understand running a little behind time however that was excessive and they did not offer my sister a discount for the inconvenience. My time is valuable don’t know if I would go back on my own and from reviews I’ve read this does not seem to be the norm but all the more reason the owner who was working in the reception area that day should have offered a discount for the inconvenience."

"Chevy is the best at facials!!! She will help you get your skin back on track no matter how bad you think it is. I’ve been going to her for years and she is the only person I really trust to touch my face. I will follow her wherever she goes! This spa is also very beautiful, when I walked in the receptionist knew my last name and immediately started to assist me. I will definitely be going back for facials with Chevy and other services!"

"It is unbelievable and outrageously the best spa experience ever I had Chevy as facial person and she is so sweet with gorgeous soft hands and beautiful smile and she gives the best spa ever and I give a A++ I can’t even rate it which it was the best experience ever and she pick out the biggest pimple and I can never imagine she would have get this pimple out of my face. "I followed my beloved esthetician Chevy to this spa as I'd follow her anywhere and man oh man am I happy I did. This is one beautiful establishment. From the minute you walk in and those warm smiles greet you to the rooms which are so spacious and clean. The ambiance is so calm and peaceful; very inviting and zen like. They have any and every machine or tool I could imagine but didn't even think I needed used on me. Chevy was a master at her trade before so I can't even imagine what she'll become in this environment. I had the most relaxing facial ever and left feeling the need to let everyone know they need to give Jaidore Heavenly Spa a chance. I already scheduled my biweekly facial and can't wait for the day to come."
