"It’s definitely a hidden gem! Had a gel manicure & regular pedicure with Hylan - she was precise, fast and did an awesome job!! I’m definitely coming back again! I got there 15min before my appt and took me right in. They’re doing renovations so pardon the sheet rock. I also liked that they accept Venmo since i don’t always carry cash with me - they do accept cards with a small fee."

"Called ahead and scheduled an appointment for 5:15pm . When I got there, two people were already waiting before me. Long story short, I was in the chair for 30+ minutes and ended up leaving because the wait time was ridiculous. If I wanted an appointment after 6pm , I would’ve scheduled for that time. Just be honest and say you’re booked, but don’t have customers sitting around for 30+ minutes waiting for a chair. Or maybe hire more staff? That’s always an option."

"My daughter and I had appointments. We arrived at 3 minutes before our 4:00 appointment. We had to wait. We waited about 7 minutes. No big deal, right? They took us to the pedicure chairs. One gal started on my daughter’s gel removal process on her nails while we sat in pedicure chair. Then another girl started working on her feet. Meanwhile, I’m sitting in the pedicure chair next to her. 45 minutes later, no one started on me yet. I got fed up and gave my daughter cash to pay her services, and I started to leave. I asked the owner why she made appointments if they can’t fulfill them. She just kept on working on her client without a response. So unprofessional. I just don’t get the disrespect they give off. They used to take credit cards, now cash only. This place has gone downhill. So sad."
