"I highly recommend Dawn Goldberg. I have been seeing Dawn for four months to treat problem area. She has been pleasant, kind, courteous, and flexible. I mention that she is flexible, because I noticed a 1-star rating that accused her of being otherwise. Like any other human being, you need to communicate! I have had the unfortunate situation arise where I needed to reschedule with Dawn, because I wasn't able to make that time slot for that day. I gave her advanced notice and she didn't give me the slightest hint of push back or any attitude because of it. On the contrary, I find her to be quite caring (like a mom) and respectful. Basically, treat her like you want to be treated if you're providing a service. Give her advanced warning and she will work with you to reschedule. Personality aside, she is a true professional. She will answer all of your questions at consultation, and during any other session if you have random questions that arise. Her work is thorough. Her office is clean. Her machine and method are at a high standard (in my opinion)."

"I have been going for electrolysis since I was a teenager and I've experienced all kinds of electrologists and I have to say, it is really tough to find someone really good who not only has the skill to kill hairs that are growing in all different directions, but also one who leaves your skin as it was when you walked in. Unfortunately, I have experienced people who have burned my skin and left scars ( I have since found out that NY is not a licensed state, so anyone can practice). I never ever have to worry with Dawn's work. I am so happy I found her. She does such an amazing job and I can go right out afterwards.
