"Got a gel pedicure done on Wednesday at the salon as their first customer of the day and the next night, the polish on two of my toe nails came off completely. The next afternoon (Friday) another one came off completely as shown in the picture. This is very disappointing, especially when it cost $40 and gave a 30% tip because there was no change in the register and they only take cash. Would not recommend!"

"January 21, 2021 Loved my experience with Jenny.. she was nice and she's definitely an expert at what she does. I did apres nails. Monday January 25, 2021 This is 4 days later my pinky nail came off. And all my nails have lifted. Though Jenny was very nice to me, she is a little full of herself. Stating she has more than 10yrs of experience , etc. If that's the case my nails wouldn't have lifted and my nail wouldn't have came off, especially with apres nails . I'm just confused and super disappointed."

"First off I want to start by saying how excited I was to do my nails with Jenny I had booked a month ago. I arrived 30 minutes earlier. I showed her my inspiration nails picture(500 dollars) she requires a deposit of $50 so I decided that I wasn’t going to spend $500 dollars on my nails so I told her that I was willing to pay $250. So for $250 you get 4 rhinestone nails but not full , she left acrylic residue on my nails she was bothered that I had dry cuticles and she didn’t even bother to check if my nails were perfect because I have a hair in one of them. I do understand that you get what you pay for but I honestly was expecting a better service not this! even if it was simple she should have made sure that the nails were perfect and that I was satisfied but I wasn’t! I guess if you are a celebrity or somebody from the media you’re going to get pampered and an excellent service but since I’m a regular person she doesn’t care and I’m not a complicated person I’m always open to suggestions .. i’ll leave some pictures here..."
