"I gave my coupon deal to my husband as they would not honor my coupon because they said I was not a first time client ( even though it does not say that in the Groupon deal) long story short my husband ended up in the ER because the therapist used such strong force that they moved a nerve in his back which ran into his seaticia nerve and he was severe pain. Out of work for a week because of this."

"Great massage. Skilled massage therapist. Very nice and very little pressure about the tip. I think the massage therapist's name was Chloe. She was good. The only issue was there was a lot of noise coming from upstairs. It sounded like construction was taking place- hopefully it won't continue much longer after today. The floors above the spa were also thin so you could hear people walking around. At times it was hard to relax but the massage was so good I still fell asleep. I would go back."

"I've gotten better massage. I don't recommend this spot for a deep tissue massage. She decided to cut my time 90 min to 3:43 to 4:30pm as you can see in the photo. A lot of hitting and tapping. I couldn't relax at all. Didn't like the massage wish I can get a refund. When finished she asked me for tips and and gave her $10 dollars and she said minimum $15 tip I was like girl I didn't want to give you anything in the first place because of the previous event. Place was clean though."

"I never ever, write reviews but just had to share this awful experience. a friend just recently gave me a gift certificate to muse spa for my birthday. I called to make the appointment and was asked If I had ever been there bofore. I said I wasn't sure (I got a lot of massages and can't remember every place i'd been to). The woman said it is ok. I said I have a groupon someone gave me as a gift. She said ok not a problem. I drive the 20 minutes over there, pay to park my car (only $2 but worth mentioning) go downstairs to a gross basement. The woman greets me and asks again if I had been there before. I said it looks familiar but can't be sure. I was being completely honest. she says its ok she can look. so she looks it up and turns out I was there before. Her records indicate 2021 which isn't true bc I did not get any massages during COVID. She proceeds to tell me I can't use the groupon my friend gifted me because I already used a groupon the last time. I said again "its a gift, how is the person who purchased this deal supposed to know if I had been here before?" her response was "they should ask". Seriously, someone wants to buy someone a gift they should ask if they had ever been somewhere? I told her to GTFOOH and walked out. Now, if that is your policy-and someone states they have a groupon. instead of asking if the customer had they been there before what they should immediately do is automatically look it up if that is the case. instead of making customers waste their time driving 40 minutes round trip. I got home and looked up my groupon deals; turns out I was there in 2019 which is 4 years ago. Now I could understand if someone is only allowed to use one a year but its been 4 years since i'd been there. Utterly ridiculous experience. an unhappy customer is no good for business-you should all remeber that"
