Massage Envy

"The massage therapist was excellent. The check out process was a nightmare. I had a gift card that says on the back of it there is no expiration date. However the cashier could not get the card to go through as she said it was expired. I explained that it cannot be as it states on the card there is no expiration date. She called another employee that stated no there is No expiration date on the card. She advised her to take the gift card and leave a note for the manager and that she will correct it. So I gave her the gift card and paid the remaining balance in cash. I was headed home and I received a phone call from the cashier advising she could not get in touch with her manager so she just went ahead and charged my credit card they had on file. I did not give my permission for her to do that. And she still had my gift card and my cash so I had to go back and pick it up. I will never return there and it had nothing to do with the massage therapist because she was excellent."

Near the end of my massage she asked if there was anywhere else i would like her to work on a little more which i really appreciated!! 10/10 i will be back!!"

"Kristen is literally THE BEST massage therapist I’ve ever had. I’ve had a Massage Envy membership for years and moved around a lot in that time, so I’ve been able to try many therapists. Kristen is ten times better than the next closest! I honestly hesitate writing this because I don’t want her to be in more demand than she already is, but she deserves the recognition. She listens and does exactly what you need. It also seems like she has a high understanding of human anatomy and how muscles are laid out so she can target them specifically and efficiently. She should be teaching every other massage therapist her techniques! Again, I can’t say enough praise about her, and I hope she never quits or moves, or I’ll be devastated."
