"The doctor that I thought I liked neglected my five messages. I now have RA in my hands and trying to find out anything from this place is like pulling teeth. If this doctor thinks she’s gonna be a real doctor she better find some compassion and actually start to care. If I could give 0 stars I would. It takes 5 minutes to call a patient and let them know what is wrong with them. 5 minutes. Or is that too much for a patient to ask their doctor to do for them."

"Worst office in Schenectady, and that's saying something. It's my informed opinion that they allow poor people to suffer, and that they manipulate the system to bill and exploit Medicaid as much as possible --- leaving people without help or resolutions in office, essentially forcing them to go to ELLIS emergency room when their pain becomes unbearable, or their infection keeps spreading....the only emergency room in our area. We see what you're doing, and you're being reported to the authorities who investigate issues like Medicaid fraud. Disgusting, terrifying, and obviously not recommended. If you love someone, PLEASE DON'T BRING THEM TO THIS ABSOLUTE DUNGEON!!!"

I walked in and asked for to make an appointment for my sister with Tressa who works at the front desk on 09/18/23 at Ellis Primary care at 624 McClellan St Suite and the distressing behavior my sister and I experienced during our visit. During that time, my sister and I expected a professional and respectful interaction, but unfortunately, we were met with a series of inappropriate remarks and rude behavior from Tressa. These incidents made our experience extremely uncomfortable and left us feeling disrespected. Such behavior is entirely unacceptable and goes against the standards of professionalism and courtesy that should be upheld by your organization. As patients, we deserved to be treated with respect and dignity throughout our appointment. I kindly request that the organization thoroughly investigate this matter and take appropriate actions to address Tressa’s behavior. I believe that it is essential for your organization to maintain a high standard of customer service and ensure that clients are treated respectfully. I hope that your organization can rectify this situation promptly to prevent similar experiences for others in the future."

"This place is terrible takes forever to get an appointment and when you do you'd have to call 10x a week for results leave tons of messages and no one calls you back , then when you finally make another appointment the doctors there are always confused not aware of nothing. In dire pain for over 2 weeks left countless messages and still no response instead they sent aspirin to my pharmacy instead of contacting me to address my pain !"

"The doctors are good and the operators are nice and helpful. But the office staff? Doesn't seem to have good communication. Another glitch here! I came with a friend to pick up an X-ray at 7:30 am because the operator had told me that we could arrive at that early time to pick up the image. But of course..they were not open. I knocked on the door but the receptionist told us that she could see us until 7:50 am, which was too late because we had to go far to the specialist. It's not the first time either. I arrived to pick up the physical form and vaccinations for your son a while ago and they were not ready as they said. If you have government insurance, come live in Albany or Troy or Latham. There are more doctors who accept government insurance"
