"After a year, I had to come back to give this a review. Today is April 17, 2023. Last year, on April 9th, I believe, I had my first appointment with Valu Vision. It was a pretty standard appointment. I had a vision test and ordered glasses and contacts. They didn't have any trial pairs of my contacts in stock, and I was told that they will order them and let me know when they came in. After weeks and weeks, I called a couple of times. Still no trial pair. I wanted to at least get my trial pair before my vacation last September, so I actually showed up to ask about them, I want to say at the end of July or early August. I was apologized to because the contacts had already arrived, but I was never called. I was annoyed, but whatever. I tried the trial pair and had a follow up appointment to make sure they were ok. They were fine, so I ordered some pairs to purchase. That was last August. I have not heard a thing from them since. I'm not kidding, not a missed phone call, email, or anything. Just no contact at all. If I had already paid for the contacts, I would have kept on them about it, but I did not. I am just floored because I have never had this kind of experience before. Disappointing. So I won't be going back. Reader, beware! Be sure you stay on them until you get your products!"
