She is always super informative, gentle, caring & actually takes the time to follow up with you after you’ve seen her. Not only is Taylor the sweetest, but she is so thorough in everything she does. She talks you through what she sees going on with your skin, what we’re going to be doing before doing it, how you can fix/avoid problem areas, and different products & tools that could help your skin outside the spa.
