"Staff is so bad, they send my mother back while she'was on time for her appointment, by calling her back and making the receptionist aware of her mistake that my mom waited for this appointment for so long, she should have checked her system, she tryna act innocent by saying "you over me, you yelling at me" which i was not, i was just tryna tell her that she should have calm me by putting my mom's name in the waitlist. They are disgusting!!"
