"I am very disappointed in this office! I was looking forward to becoming a new patient and arrived to the office at 20 after 10 this morning and I approached the desk at 10 after 11 to ask how long it would before I would be seen by the doctor-I was informed that it takes time and they could not give me a timeframe. Be reminded this is my physical exam, and I was asked to fast—— This is not a patient centered approach to healthcare. I do not recommend this office by any means. I think it is completely disrespectful to allow patients to just sit in the waiting room for an undetermined amount of time. It is important to note that the patients schedules are equally important to the doctors. Do not go here!"

"Dr. Quintana has been my primary care physician for many years. She is caring, intelligent, friendly, and dedicated. She listens to me and is never condescending. I trust her to manage my health and would highly recommend her to anyone. The staff at the office are always pleasant and easy to work with. The nurses are extremely nice as well. Alex is one of the best in the office, She is always friendly and helpful anytime I have any questions or concerns, honestly I would be extremely sad if she left the practice."

"I been feeling sick for weeks. I trusted her. And she had the nerve to tell me she don't think I'm sick. How do she know what I'm feeling. Very unprofessional. Nasty attitude. I'm changing my doctor. I would never recommend her to anybody. She has a very nasty attitude and she doesn't care for anybody just her money."

"Had a very weird experience I made an appointment for 3 PM I wasn’t going to be able to do anything later than that just because I have a private trainer for my therapy dog. Over the course of a month I dropped 25 pounds out of nowhere I made it extremely important that I needed an appointment earlier than 3 PM the receptionist understood and I made the appointment for 230 they did not call me to confirm the appointment but instead called my mother the last time I went to the doctors office was five years ago so I was a minor at the time but now I am a full adult and my mother lives across the country they called her three times at 8 AM 9 AM and 10 AM where in California it is 5 6 and 7 AM they didn’t even attempt to call me as the patient when I arrived to my appointment that was supposed to be at 2:30 PM they told me that I was lying I then called my mother to see what they said on the message and indeed they said 2:30 PM on the first call and then all of a sudden on the second and third call it’s at 5 PM they ended up taking me in but I created a fuss which I usually never do. It made me feel as though I was crazy, and even though I share all my medical history with my mother and I have nothing to hide I still don’t understand why they didn’t even attempt to call me but instead went right to my mother without clarifying if I want my information being sent to her and then only now after I mentioned it did they want to pull her off of my medical contact list The doctor on the other hand was extremely nice and listen to all my concerns if you can look over the receptionist and trying to get an appointment then the doctors here are pretty good but honestly there are so many more medical facilities in the area to not deal with a headache like this"

"These negative reviews shock me! I have never experienced anything but courtesy and sensitivity here. Dr. Quintana herself is warm and knowledgeable. In fact, I've always been treated with professionalism and efficiency by the entire staff. My whole family goes to this practice and will continue to do so. Why don't they respond to negative reviews, someone asked? That's probably because they are a MEDICAL OFFICE, not your local Denny's. They're too busy treating illness and providing excellent preventative care."
