"I loved her until her receptionist notified me at my appointment that they did not take my insurance. She then told me that I could pay $200 to see her for my appointment. If a doctor does not take your insurance you should be notified in advance of your appointment and you should not be held to pay a certain amount to see the doctor just to get your prescriptions. Just terrible!"

"Not for the doctor but for reception. Just got off the phone and was told "I'm gonna stop you right there. The doctor's not taking new patients." Me: "Ok my insurance lists her as taking new patients" Reception: "She stopped taking new patients 2 months ago." Me: "Ok she should update that." Reception: "I'll tell her." Could've been a bit nicer and more apologetic. It's a shame because she got really good reviews online."
