"I was a new patient and they got me an appointment within a week which I was not excepting and yet now that I need a follow up with the dr after getting this MRI done, I just spoke with a women at their call center and she’s telling me he doesn’t have anything until a month later? Seriously?? You would think a new patient appt would take a month not a follow up."
