"The rating I'm giving is for the good doctor himself. Yes, it may take hours for an office visit with doctor Polofsky but he will also take all the time you need and explain everything to you, if you want in and out then go find a cookie cutter office. The doctor is very knowledgeable and doesn't try rushing you out the door, that is his big strenght, I'm tired of going to doctors who rush in and your out in 5 minutes and you have no clue as to what happened and unanswered questions. So for me I'll sit and wait patiently for my turn, I know I'll be getting great treatment."

However, his wife at the front desk is the office manager, she has the worst attitude I have ever come across and does not do her job at all. "I am a patient of Dr. Polofsky, for over 27 years. I've followed, Dr. Polofsky as he made changes in his career, if that doesn't show you what a dedicated doctor is and the trust his patients have in him, I have complete confident in Dr. Polofsky and his care for all his patients. After he goes home, his dedication to his patients doesn't end there. I truly don't know any doctor, who actually cares for his patience's, he actually does, and he took time at night after a full day of work to research all my symptoms, than giving me a list of doctors for me to see. When my daughter was born, I didn't go to a pediatrician, I knew deep inside my heart, going to Dr. Polofsky, was the best doctor to care for my daughter. I never had any doubt or concerns. My daughter is now 21 years of age and never had any illness; I contribute a lot of it for taking my daughter to the best doctor, Dr. Polofsky. I have been ill, for over 10 years, I have gone to so many doctors, but when I went to these doctors, they found nothing. Dr. Polofsky, never gave up and now I know what my illness is. You certainly at times may have to wait in the waiting room, to see him, but I assure you, it's worth your time. When it's your turn, you have a one on one with Dr. Polofsky, he doesn't rush his patients in & out, he is through explaining in full detail and if you have any questions, he takes the time to be sure each and every patient understands things, you never go home wondering or unsure. This is why at times you my wait to see Dr. Polofsky, but when you're being seen he will give you all his attention, to understand why you're visiting him that day. This is the one of the reasons once you get to know, Dr. Polofsky, you will have a more confidence and you will know he does his utmost ability to fulfill and put his patients, at ease.
