"I love this doctor and the staff . But they are so slow . Had a appointment at 2:15. I went early 1:50pm because I know how slow they operate and I wasn’t seen until 3:21 pm. It’s always a two hour wait or more . I just don’t understand . They were not always like this five years ago after Covid ."

"If you make an appointment at a certain time, they won’t attend you until ONE or TWO hours later. So you’ll be waiting for hours and another hour or two for the doctor. The front staff is HORRIBLE and rude."

"Not going back. I waited a week to get today's appointment for 10:45 AM this morning. I waited almost an hour while patients who came after me were treated before me. I guess it's okay if their health was worse than mine. The 2 star rating: I deducted 3 stars because the girls behind the counter are unprofessional. They had almost an hour to check my insurance while the doctor saw every other patient. They waited to check the insurance when it was my turn. They said they needed $226 + copayment, if using a credit card it was more. (Without insruance $175 cash, $200 if paying with a credit card). Not sure if a debit card would have made a difference. I had no credit or debit card with me, nor did I have that much cash in my wallet. If they informed me of the cash needed when i arrived, I would have left the office to get some cash while the doctor treated all the other patients. It was 11:40 and i would never have made it on time to my next appointment if i left to get some cash and then back to Amityville to see the doctor. The 2 stars are for Dr H. I wish he stayed in Lindenhurst. He is a wonderful doctor and his staff previoys staff was fantastic. Sadly, his new staff is unprofessional and it's too stressful to continue."
