"Dr. Jill Sisselman is very knowledgeable and professional. As a new patient, I was treated with care and understanding. The office staff is great. You get calls as well as emails and text messages regarding appointments and other issues. Unlike some other places, you can call and actually talk to a person! If there is an issue, they will get back to you promptly, and the office is open 5 1/2 days a week. So far, I am very satisfied with this provider."

"- The worst of the worst - One Saturday I walked in to an empty waiting room over at The Sisselman group without an appointment. I’m a senior citizen I told them I didn’t’ feel well. The woman behind the desk went around the corner of the reception area, came back and said no one would see me. A nurse practitioner named Sabrina said I have to make an appointment. No one even poked there head around the corner to ask me what was wrong. That means they don ’t care. I could have been having stroke or heart attack. I view this a s a serious liability. My experience this week was awful. I take a forever medication and needed a refill. The first person who answered the phone said she would leave a message for the doctor so the prescription can be called in. NO ONE EVER CALLED THE PHARMACY or me to confirm anything. Then I called back and someone on the phone said I have to come in in order to get my medicine. I asked why I get a different answer every time I call and Erin said [well now I’m answering the phone!] She said she would call in a weeks supply until I was seen, SHE NEVER CALLED IT IN. The most difficult part of going to the Sisselman group are the people running the front. They have no idea or care what they’re doing. Today I went back in to the office in person to ask about my medicine, telling the staff member what I needed and once more Erin but into the conversation and said [NO]. She didn’t let me finish what I was saying and continued to talk over me. I was told to call in the morning for an appointment. Why didn’t I get one right there and then? Then I called and was told there was no appointment for me. Again I asked about my medication and NO ONE CALLED IN A FEW TABLETS TO HOLD ME OVER. By the time we hung up on the phone I realized I still didn’t have an appointment! The office disorganized and filthy. I have seen orange mold in the bathroom. One time they used a heart monitor device on me with many contact points. The assistant wheeled it into the room and the wires they attach to your body were dragging on the floor. I will never go back. I have never been made so upset by going to a doctors office ..."
