"The wait time was minimal, the staff was courteous and professional and Dr. Robbins listened and addressed all my questions. He is a gentle and kind person and is knowledgeable in his field and in other matters that I was concerned about. He definitely put my mind at ease."

"The staff was great (though the female at the front desk, should be more welcoming to patients). Pros: The M.A. & P.A., were nice, & listened attentively to your response(s) for the questions they asked. The doctor herself, had great bedside manners. She was bubbly & pleasant. She seemed knowledgeable & concerned w/ what's going on with your health. Con: I only took away 1 star, because of an inconveniencing issue. Due to a little difficulty finding the lot & the actual office, it caused me to be a few mins late, leading to the issue. Others who had later appointments than mine, were allowed to be seen before me, because they signed in earlier, than myself. When I asked the front desk if visits aren't based on appointment times, she stated she allowed them to go before me, because they arrived before me, albeit me appearing before their appt times. The doctor then unknowingly tended to those patients first, even after me allotting ample & extra time, (than what was estimated to me about the wait time/ consultation visit), causing me to be extremely late for/ having to reschedule another important appt. I had afterwards. Otherwise, other than that slight (that should hopefully be corrected hereinafter), I was pleased with my initial visit, & would recommend this doctor to others."
