"Practitioner and assistants were great. I walked in without an appointment and got in and out in less than 30 mins Girl at the front desk needs an attitude check. Extremely rude and dismissive both in person and on the phone. No one wants to be sitting in a doctor’s office to begin with and to be greeted by someone who clearly doesn’t care to help you is extremely offputting and unprofessional. How are you going to be pissed off at 7 am! I don’t want to be here any more than you do!"

"Was very sick . My PCP. Office was not available .. short of going to the hospital for Emergency Room … Came here to ER-DOX .. large facility , staff was very professional polite, & helpful . The doctor saw & treated me very quickly ( was there at night) no real waiting time ). Even had chest X-rays, covid test & Flu tests .. determined my diagnosis and issues .. even very helpful in a pharmacy that would be open for all the medication prescribed… Grateful and would recommend …"
