"The reviews below are NOT lying. Dr Paulina Shats along with Dr Tutu are both liars who try to find the smallest reason to put you in the hospital against your will and have you take poison. They get kickbacks for doing this = $$$. These people are the same ones who put on a AOT court order to take their poison with lies and they put pressure on the Nassau County to force to me take poison. I am person who works and constantly seeks employment but I have had to leave multiple jobs because of them sending sheriffs to my house due to missing ONE appointment with a VALID excuse. I was supposed to pass my AOT court order but Dr Paulina Shats failed me due to ONE appointment missed due to broken down car and cell phone service issues. She was calling on a private number, how can I call you back when I my phone has trouble getting calls? Dr Paulina Shats will pay with karma. Disgusting doctor along with Dr. Tutu. Therapists are also have attitude. John Dillion and Kathryn Twomey both useless and talk to you like a piece of garbage. What form of therapy is that? Please do yourselves a favor... And don't trust the mental health field. It is a fraud designed to drug you with stuff that not only does not help but has countless side effects, some permanent."

"I've been to this outpatient facility for 4 years & suddenly they started to develop an attitude towards me. The old ladies at the front desk NEED to be forcibly retired as they have been set in their ways for way to long. How hard is it to make a phone call to let someone know they have an appointment in an hour? Not some robocall I can't even understand or address but a human being. If you treat somebody like they are less then human, you will get less then human results. Laziness is really not a good look for an institution. After the therapist & psychiatrist left I decided to move on. I am happy to be moving on any personal progress made here didn't amount to anything as the same personal issues are still unresolved. If you can afford a private clinic then go for it! If you can't & need something thats covered by most insurances try Mindful Care Psychiatry in West Hempstead. I'm surprised my insurance even recognizes this facility as a valid service provider at all."

"They will be getting reported to OASIS. completely unethical and illegal Healthcare provider. Saw my girlfriend for a year only to discharge her after 2 weeks of "not showing up" mean while she told the therapists there that she would not be available. Discharge her with no medication, nor a referral to a different organization, forget the warm hand off that is the oasis policy. Extreme withdrawal symptoms happen when some stop taking their meds that they put you on. I will be reporting everyome involved with my girlfriends case and I work in the same field as an advocate so I know what channels to go through"

"If you care for your family members DO NOT send them here. All they care about is drugging you up or committing you to the hospital. All the good therapists knew better and left. The only good psychiatrist is Terri Ann in my opinion. The art therapist is also amazing and the front desk people are very sweet. Will not miss this place at all."
