"Avoid at all costs if you’re looking for consistent and quality medical care. Chances of you actually ever seeing a Medical Doctor are slim to none and you will NEVER have the consistency of being seen by the same NP or PA who will understand your medical history and needs. The staff turnover is extremely high. The office also requires you to come in for everything (i.e prescription refill for long term medications or simple review of results) just so they can bill you and your insurance. My mother also recently had an awful experience with getting clearance paperwork for an upcoming surgery and since there was a new PA who didn’t know her or her medical history she simply wouldn’t clear her even though all the other specialists (i.e. cardiologist) did. The PA was so rude and wouldn’t even speak with me on the phone to discuss the situation and get clarification on what it was she needed from the surgeons office. Save yourself the time, money and frustration by finding a true medical office that cares for its patients and their health."

"Wow this doctor had great reviews on another site but as everyone here says if you go here you will never actually see the doctor only PAs and yes they are always changing Theres something to be said about an office with such a high turnover. The receptionist are hit or miss they are "polite" but only to get you off the phone and often dont actually do what they say they will. The new PA Gwendolyn is very rude and has a terrible bedside manner which is sad because Katie was amazing and if I k ow where she went I'd be going there. The doctor clearly does not care about these reviews because everyone seems to be complaining about the same thing for a year. You have to go in for an office visit for every little thing. Theres is definitely a scam type feel in regards to them constantly needing you to come in for random silly things they literally had me come in for an appt to give me a piece of paper with a list of other clinics for me to go to since they refused to give me an immunization shot that they clearly could have given me over the phone. This review is for people looking for a doc if u go in the morning it's not so bad but dont expect good or consistent care if you are really sick or have serious conditions it would be bette to go to a different place but if u just need to go for the sake of going or for forms and such then this place is fine. It is clean and the waiting room is very big which is ur like me is a big plus cause u dont feel claustrophobic."

"I been here twice and both times was scheduled for a certain time and had to wait at least two hours just for my name to be called. There's no reason they should schedule 10-15 people for the same time. Just be honest and tell people there will be a long wait schedule them for a later date."

"Very Very poor service.. I call to ask question and im transferred to a line that no one picks up. i call again and they put me on hold for 20min. i call again and the office is now closed. i call the next day and its the same thing over again. now mind you i go to the liberty office and have to call the woodhaven office to make any kind of appointments because they dont have a direct line ??? why is this?? i called to complain that my pharmacy is still waiting for the paper work to be faxed this is going on for 3 months i need heart meds to live they are very ghetto in the office and have very bad attitudes even when they first open up. sorry if u dont like your job then quit this is a medical office and the people that are calling are sick they really dont need your stink attitude leave the ghettoness at home. and why cant i call my office direct why do i have to go thru channels and never get answered? hate going to these offices very unprofessional."

"You usually wait a long time...only to see a medical assistant who sits about 4 feet away and typing on a computer while asking you questions and not physically checking you. I don't even remember the last time I actually saw a Medical Doctor. I had to take my daughter to an Eye, Ear and Throat doctor the week after I brought her here because her sinus or throat were never checked. Turns out she has a severe sinus infection in addition to Pink Eye. They also don't have a Fax machine. When I had breast cancer and went to different specialists. They wanted to fax reports to my GP and couldn't believe there was no Fax to send paperwork. The receptionist said that they should use email instead of faxingl....but they don't give out any email. They don't accept checks or credit cards....only cash. The people there are very nice and easy to talk to but I would like to see an actual doctor."
