"I saw Dr. Rosen back in September 2014 and he prescribed Clonazepam 0.5 mg, one tablet twice daily. This was the prescription for me and worked very well. I am now visiting in Florida and needed a refill. As a schedule IV drug, this can be phoned to a pharmacy in Florida. Dr. Rosen has a policy of not phoning an Rx out of state. His message for me relayed by his staff was that I should go to an Urgent Care facility and his office would fax any relevant information. I consider this to be very bad care. Urgent Care facilities should be for those with far more serious medical problems. This drug could have easily been phoned in to local pharmacy. Dr. Rosen did not even offer to mail me a script. I had planned to see him privately as he no longer takes my insurance. I certainly will never go back and I would not recommend him now to anyone. Randolph Baron"
