"The physical therapist Joshua was great He did a good job but the front desk women are inconsistent and really do not fir to be in customer service. They tell you one price but charge the credit card a different price and them make it seem as if the customer is confused or lying. Update: Today I called again to have my husband have physical therapy here and its because of Joshua, and because of the office experience: I am putting together my recent experience with the white woman at the front desk of 777 Eastchester rd who books appointment. I called to book an appointment because a very good physical therapist Joshua that I had an experience with a family member last year. She took all the information down, and was ready to book an appointment and when she found out that I had insurance she told me that she was not taking any new clients. When I called the head office they called her and she lied to them that she told me that she was only taking patients that had surgery, meanwhile she did not ask me about surgery or anything. If I was going to pay out of pocket she would book me for today. I will be sending a detail email to the CEO and the another one of the person who is an investor. Shame on you to have these type of people working a the front desk. You can only operate a business if you are connected to payers. Yet she is refusing insurance with a lie that they are not taking new patients."
