"I cannot express enough gratitude for the incredible impact Ryan Carton and the staff at Moriarty PT (Caroline DPT, Max & Taylor) played for my hamstring and ACL recovery. Ryan's personalized approach got me back to rock climbing and strength training stronger than before my injury. From the very first session under his care, he took the time to thoroughly assess my condition, listened to my concerns and my goals, and developed a progression plan that wasn't cut-and-paste from another patient. The rehabliation process was focused for *me* and incorporated excercises that got me on track to fulfilling my personal objectives discussed at the first session. Him and his team empowered me to try my very hardest and kept me motivated every session. It's been a remarkable experience being under him and his team's care - although my PT sessions have ended, I'll be continuing a lot of what I had learned to maintain (and strengthen!) my hamstring. I'll miss PT, but now I can return to pursuing my passions with this newfound strength and confidence, all bc of Ryan & the rest of his team. Thank you, Moriarty PT!"
