"I started going to JAG PT for a pinched nerve and golf elbow. That staff are fantastic. The receptionist- Serenity Vasquez was extremely helpful and courteous during my intake process. Nick and the PT Aides make what could be a dull and painful experience much enjoyable by providing a challenging yet warm and supportive atmosphere. This becomes clearer with each visit, seeing both middle and high school students working out along side, with us old-timers who are still young at heart."

"The customer service from the woman at the front desk was horrible. She was not friendly and did not tell the PT I was there, so I waited 30min before being seen. Then the evaluation with the PT was a joke. She did not understand the post-partum issues I was having and incorrectly decided the directional curve of my scoliosis without even looking at my back. She also asked how long I had had scoliosis and was shocked when I said I had been diagnosed as a child. I even had to ask her if she wanted me to stand up so she could see my posture. Then she left me to lay on a heating pad for 10 minutes while working with FIVE other clients. After finally telling her assistant to give me some exercises, neither of them showed me correct form while doing the exercises. Since the appointment ran way longer than the hour I expected, I informed the PT that I could only stay for 15min more minutes. At that point I had completed 3 exercises. She said that there was no point in doing any further exercises or stretches with such little time left and told me to go home until my next appointment. If you want personalized PT then look elsewhere because you won’t find it here."
