"What a mix of experiences. First, the bad: 1. the website is completely misleading. It looks like you are making an appointment when all you are doing is pre-registering. So, the time you arrange has no relevance when you arrive. The company knows this but just doesn't change the website. 2. The receptionist refused to follow the policy of the company. Others in the office were very clear that patients could wait in their car and get called when it was their turn. The receptionist refused to follow this procedure even when there were not enough chairs for patients in the waiting room. Completely unacceptable!!! 3. So, I thought I had an appointment, arrived and was told there would be a 45 min to 1 hour wait, and finally got seen in just over 2 hours. The good: The medical staff inside the office were wonderful. Caring, thoughtful, detailed. They figured out what was going on with me and got gave me the care I needed."

"Had appointment at 9:30 didn't get brought into the room until after 10 after 1hr 40min doctor says nothing is wrong I call my doc and they fit me in I have a sinus and upper respiratory infection. So kudos to the doctors at urgent care. Maybe you should actually take the time to listen to the person's concerns before you write them off as nothing is wrong"
"I was able to make a quick appointment online and seen quite fast after arriving. The staff was very nice and the doctor was polite and knew exactly what my problem was and what to prescribe. Would definitely recommend this place."
"I like the fact that I could schedule an appointment on line and fill in the pre-appointment forms on line. They took me in a little after the appointment, but they were efficient, courteous and pleasant. They worked with me on the treatment without pushing anything on me (I refused the steroid treatment). I hope I don't need them too often, but when I do, I will not hesitate to go there!"
