"After having a frostbite incident in the mountains, I contacted Dr Siebert. Most physicians don't deal much with emergency or wilderness medicine and rarely see patients with environmental exposure, but having had a course with her before in Wilderness Medicine, I knew where to turn. "Dr. Siebert is the best at what she does and has significantly improved my health and well-being. She is extremely caring, knowledgeable and takes the complexity out of the treatment approach. I consider myself to be a very healthy individual. My diet consists of mainly fruits, vegetables and limited processed food. I do however suffer with inflammation. Dr. Siebert recommended a grain free diet, after 2 weeks most of the pain in my body disappeared. My ankles are no longer stiff in the morning. It is truly amazing.
