"I’m not happy with how things turning around here! It’s ridiculous to schedule follow up appt, I have a one month supply of meds but no appt for next 2 month! Also when I come to my appt I often wait up to 40 min to be seen by my PA and I can almost guarantee that they weren’t seeing any patient during my wait time! They just had me waiting out there until they were ready! I’m looking for a new clinic!"
"My wife and I made an appointment that we waited months for (July 3rd). As we approached the date, we were notified that the doctor chose to close that Monday for the Holiday weekend. Which we understand, who does not want the long weekend. What is horrible is that they made no attempt to make up for the last minute cancellation and told us the next appointment was another two months later. What horrible treatment of a potential customer. You cancel an appointment on who knows how many customers to get an extra day off and then do not have the decency to try and make it up. Stay late one day, come in early, squeeze someone in. Make it right with your client."
