"About 25 years ago I started having difficulty with breathing deeply. Called HHC and Dr.Zoghlin was able to see me a few hours later. He said something's not right, you need to go to Parkridge. Turns out I had bacteramia and was starting to come down with sepsis. If it wasn't for Dr. Z, I would've been a goner. He even visited me while I was in the hospital."

"I came over to this practice a year a half ago. I have a primary at this clinic but have also been seen by others—and I like the small town feel of this practice. As with the rest of us in life, they are all entitled to their bad days too. But for the most part, I’ve learned to be assertive with questions and concerns and they are all phenomenal with answers or referrals. I’ve recommended them to others with the preface of “I prefer experience over bedside manners and the latest textbook answers.” I particularly don’t like going to the doctor so I’d rather be in and out and not there to make small talk and friends. Just my personal preference."

"Not happy at all with the care I am receiving from this office. They no longer seem to have time for patients. I called for an appointment for an issue that I had already (very briefly because the doctor seemed in a hurry to get out of the room) been seen for that was getting worse. Rhey stated they had no appointments and that I should go to urgent care or emergency. This is completely unnecessary being that they told me to follow up with them if the issue continues. I did just that and now they're pawning me off."

"Thanks Kate! It’s been a transition for all to the updated services, but well done. I enjoy the option for a call back versus waiting on hold. Kate was very helpful and professional relaying the request to the medical staff. Change is necessary and adjustments are necessary to adapt but with all good intentions! Great job!"
