"The two midwives are supportive and open to discussing questions/birth plans as partners in care. It was refreshing to know one of the two would be at my labor, compared to other practices where a laboring woman may not know the person who happens to be on call for the delivery. I met one of the OBs, Dr. Campos, a few times and I was impressed he responded to messages even outside of appointments in detail and considerately. I vetted many other practices from Warsaw to Batavia to Rochester before deciding to go with this group to deliver my baby. I'm glad I settled on this one, and as an added perk (though it wasn't my decision-maker) Noyes Hospital where they deliver has nice amenities compared to options in other hospitals. Glad to have such a quality office in Livingston County."

"I scheduled an appointment weeks ago for an issue I was having. I guess I wrote down the wrong day, but when I showed up for the (wrong) appointment I asked why nobody called me. The receptionist said that they don’t have a system in place for that and that I now owed $25 for missing that appointment. So they don’t remind you of an appointment and they don’t call if you are late. They just charge you for making an honest mistake. The receptionist made no attempt to reschedule my appointment and made no attempt to be even remotely kind. Never going back."
