"Dr. Belles is literally the best ENT around. I have not experienced issues with his staff, but the reviews should be about HIM. He is brilliant and a highly skilled surgeon - I am finally able to breath correctly out of my nose, probably for the first time in decades. I was very nervous because I had SO many issues that needed to be resolved surgically - but there is a reason his wait times are long and people travel in to see him. He will be the guy to resolve your ENT issues. I couldn't recommend Dr. Belles any higher, and will be forever grateful to him for changing the quality of my life."

"offfice staff is literally horrible and rude hangs up phone and refuses to speak with pharmacy about their mistake. never experienced worse service from an office. Kelly the receptionist has the worst attitude and should find a different job where she doesn’t have to deal with people. ***update*** after my last appointment I requested to speak to the office manager and left a message and never heard back. I was so frustrated I just never showed up for my next appointment and never plan on going back. I called again today because now i’m risking my health just to avoid being verbally abused and to my surprise when they answer the phone who picks up? Kelly. I asked to speak with the office manager again and this time was connected immediately. She was much nicer than the clerical staff in the office, however she didn’t really seem to be much help. Instead of caring for the concerns of the patients and acknowledging the countless negative reviews, she tried to defend this behavior by telling me the office is busy and stressed. Like I said, definitely will never be going back id rather have a deviated septum forever. And some advice for Dr. Belles because he genuinely is a great doctor, I suggest he hire a whole new clerical staff if he wants to keep his patients."

"I have been a patient of Dr. Belles for several years on and off. My first visit was relatively normal. Every single appointment since then, I have waited hours beyond my appointment time to be seen. And while I knowingly chose to continue my care with him, because he really is a very nice man and a very good doctor, the abuse perpetrated on clients by his office staff is unbelievable. They are rude, speak nasty to clients, lie about what information they know (an example being that I was not inquiring about how much longer I had to wait, I inquired about the approximate scheduled time of the last person that had been called back, and she said she didn’t know and couldn’t tell me) That information was right in front of her, and since I had not asked for any personal information, was not a question of privacy. I wouldn’t have even bothered them at all, except after 2 hours in the fluorescent lights, I now had a throbbing migraine. She finally, reluctantly, informed me I was next. After seeing the doctor, on my way out, I was asking her what exactly she gains by being rude. One of the multiple excuses she tried to use was “we’re busy back here, we don’t have time for people knocking on the glass” … WHAT??? So, the doctor’s staff doesn’t have time to “deal” with his clients. The people who pay him, that pays her paycheck. I firmly believe that if clients think highly enough of you as a physician to actually sit and wait (one time for almost 5 hours beyond my appointment time. I was literally called back to the exam room at 11:45 pm) they should at the very least be treated with kindness and respect in return. Not gaslit into rage because this one time a question was asked. Shame on Dr. Belles for letting this continue. It’s quite obvious from these reviews that this is not an isolated incident. I don’t care if he is “the best” I’ll be going elsewhere because that was uncalled for. Yep, we come back knowing he runs behind and we are generally good about waiting and not harassing staff if we are familiar with the practice. But so then are staff familiar with it, if you can’t handle it and be kind to the PATIENTS THAT COME TO SEE YOUR BOSS THAT PAYS YOU, THEN YOU DON’T BELONG IN THAT JOB."

"Receptionist named KELLY might be the grumpiest hag i’ve ever met! Had to call because the office made a mistake and sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy. KELLY refused to call the pharmacy to straighten this out without giving an explanation she just said “i’m not gonna call.” meanwhile I had already called the pharmacy multiple times and they needed to communicate with the office directly. KELLY hung up the phone on me on 3 separate occasions which is absolutely unacceptable. Waiting to hear back from office manager hoping that woman (kelly) loses her job because patients shouldn’t be treated like that. Actually shocked at the disrespect doctor is fine but the whole rest of his staff actually suck. DONT GO THERE UNLESS U WANNA WAIT FOR 3 HOURS TO BE SEEN WHILE ALSO BEING VERBALLY ASSAULTED BY THE RUDE RECEPTIONIST KELLY!!!!"
